Terms & Conditions

The referring party (the “Member”) must be enrolled in the REE Medical Referral program via Referral Rock in order to be eligible for referral rewards and to participate in the Giveaway. The member’s referrals must request a REE Medical consultation utilizing their custom link, input their referral code in the contact form, or mention the Member’s Referral Rock code prior to signing up for REE Medical's services.

Referrals must qualify and sign up in order for the Member to receive the $50 gift card reward. It is not mandatory to be a client of REE Medical to participate as a Referral Rock Member.

In order to be eligible for the gift card reward, the Member’s referrals must sign up within six months of contacting REE Medical (after March 10th, 2023, when the Referral Program was initiated). Individuals who referred others to REE Medical prior to that date are not eligible unless reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to REE Medical's discretion.

There is no limit to the number of rewards for referred individuals who sign up to use REE Medical's services. For those interested in referring to a greater quantity of individuals, please send an inquiry to outreach@reemedical.com to learn more about our brand ambassador program and request to join.
